Documents we provide for vendor registration
The registrations
These are the three a purchase department normally asks for, and they are on the site so your team can verify them before they ask us for anything.
- GSTIN 36ABVPS4078C1Z5. Telangana registration. This is what your accounts team matches the invoice against for input credit.
- Udyam UDYAM-TS-02-0015806. MSME registration. Several tenders and corporate vendor portals have an MSME field, and some carry payment-terms obligations that follow from it.
- ODS seller registration ODS/CS/17/6(12)/2024-OC, dated 12.11.2024. Issued under Rule 6 of the ODS Rules. This is the one that matters if R-22 is on your purchase list, because a seller without it cannot lawfully supply you.
The product documents
Manufacturer Safety Data Sheets and Technical Data Sheets for R-22, R-32, R-410A and R-407C are hosted on the site and can be downloaded directly from the data sheets page. They are Gujarat Fluorochemicals' own documents, reproduced unaltered. For the other lines, sheets are available on request.
A note that saves time later: the SDS your safety officer files should match the product on the invoice. If a supplier sends a generic sheet for a different gas, that is worth querying before the cylinder arrives rather than during an audit.
The company profile
The company profile is a single printable page with the registered details, the product register, sourcing and the industries we supply. It prints on one sheet, which is the format most vendor files want. There is a fuller PDF version linked from the same page.
What we need from you
Usually just the vendor form and the email address it goes back to. If your process needs a bank letter or a cancelled cheque for payment setup, ask and we will send it directly rather than posting it on a public page. For R-22 we will also record your declaration under Rule 7 at the point of first supply, so it is worth flagging early if R-22 is on the list.

Can you supply R-22 to a registered vendor?
Yes, for servicing existing equipment, under our ODS seller registration ODS/CS/17/6(12)/2024-OC. The buyer signs a declaration under Rule 7 at first supply.
Do you provide Safety Data Sheets?
Yes. Manufacturer sheets for R-22, R-32, R-410A and R-407C are downloadable from the data sheets page. Sheets for the other lines are available on request.
Who issues the Safety Data Sheets?
The manufacturer. We reproduce them unaltered rather than writing our own, because the manufacturer is the party that tested the product.
