This policy covers the refrigerant gas we sell, in cylinders or cans, whether you collect it from our shop or we send it to you by transport.

The short version

We take refrigerant back only for a manufacturing defect, and only if you report it at the time of delivery. We then replace it with the same product. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.

What counts as a manufacturing defect

A fault in the product as it came from the manufacturer. For example, a cylinder that arrives leaking from the valve or the body, a factory seal that is broken or missing, or contents that do not match the label.

Goods ordered by mistake, no longer needed, or bought in the wrong size are not a manufacturing defect, and we cannot take them back or exchange them.

Report it on delivery

Check the goods when you receive them.

If you collect from our shop, check them at the counter before you leave.

If we send them by transport, check them when the consignment arrives and call or WhatsApp us on +91 93472 12827 at the time of delivery. A photo of the fault and your invoice number help us sort it out quickly.

A defect reported after delivery is not covered. That includes one reported after a cylinder has been connected to a system or used.

What happens next

We check the cylinder. If the defect is confirmed, we take it back and replace it with the same product.

Why other returns are not possible

Refrigerant is a pressurised, regulated product. Once a cylinder has left us we can no longer vouch for what is inside it, so we cannot put it back into stock for another buyer.

Empty cylinders

This policy is about returning goods you have bought. Returning empty refillable cylinders is a separate matter: the terms depend on the order and the brand, so ask us when you order.
