How do you dispatch and deliver refrigerant?

Collecting from the shop

Our shop is at 4-1-29, Old Bhoiguda, Ranigunj, Secunderabad 500003, open Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm. For anyone in the twin cities, collection is usually the quickest route. Call ahead with the gas and quantity and the cylinders will be ready when you arrive.

Bring your GST details for the invoice. For R-22 we also need your buyer declaration on record before the first supply; what we need to supply R-22 lists it. Directions and parking are on our shop page.

Transport anywhere in India

If you are outside Hyderabad, or would rather not collect, we arrange transport to your site or city. Transport is charged at actual cost: you pay what the transporter charges for the consignment, nothing added.

Transit time depends on the destination and the route, so we confirm it with each order rather than promise a blanket figure. Cylinders travel upright or secured against rolling, with valve caps on, as the rules for carrying gas cylinders require.

What travels with your order

Every order goes with a GST tax invoice naming the brand, product and quantity, and the paperwork the law requires for goods in transit. The manufacturer's Safety Data Sheet is available with any order; ask for it. Shipment paperwork sets out each document.

Check the goods when they arrive. We replace refrigerant only for a manufacturing defect reported at the time of delivery; the return policy has the detail.
