How to place a refrigerant order

Send us three things on WhatsApp or by phone: which gas, how much, and where it is going. We check it against current stock and come back with availability and a price. Once you confirm, we raise a GST invoice and the cylinders go out. First-time buyers send GST details so the invoice is right the first time. R-22 needs one extra step, because it is a controlled substance.

What to tell us

Most enquiries that stall do so because one of these is missing. Sending all four at once usually means you get a firm answer in a single reply rather than three.

  • The gas. R-22, R-32, R-410A, R-134a, R-404A, R-407C, R-448A, R-23, R-508B, R-1234yf or R-1234ze. If you are unsure, the nameplate on the equipment or the old cylinder will say.
  • The quantity. Number of cylinders and the size you want. Sizes vary by brand and batch, so tell us what you have been using and we will match it or tell you what is close.
  • Where it is going. Collection from the shop in Ranigunj, delivery within Hyderabad, or dispatch outstation. This changes the answer, so it is worth saying up front.
  • Who is buying. Firm name and GSTIN for the invoice. For a repeat account we already have it.

What happens next

We confirm what is physically on the racks rather than what should be. If a size is short we say so and offer the alternative rather than promising a date we cannot hold. Price is quoted against current stock, because refrigerant pricing moves with duty, quota and the exchange rate, and a rate quoted three weeks ago is not a rate.

Once you confirm, the order is invoiced under our GSTIN 36ABVPS4078C1Z5. The invoice names the brand and the product, which matters more than most buyers expect: a vague invoice line is one of the things an auditor queries, and it is also how a fake cylinder gets laundered into a legitimate supply chain.

First-time buyers

Send your firm name, GSTIN and the delivery address once and we hold it against the account. If your purchase department needs us on their vendor list before they can raise a PO, ask for the documents pack rather than sending a blank form back and forth. It contains our registrations and the manufacturer data sheets, and it usually clears vendor onboarding in one pass.

R-22 orders need one extra step

R-22 is an ozone-depleting substance and is supplied for servicing existing equipment only. Manufacturing new equipment with HCFCs has been prohibited in India since 1 January 2025. Under Rule 7 of the ODS Rules, a buyer purchasing for a regulated end use signs a declaration stating who they are and what the gas is for. We record the sale in our register and file returns on it.

In practice this is a signature and a copy of your registration, done once. It is not an obstacle, and a seller who skips it is telling you something about how they run the rest of their business.

Collecting from the shop

The shop is in Ranigunj, Old Bhoiguda, Secunderabad, open 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Message before you set off and we will have the cylinders ready rather than pulling them while you wait. Accessories on the same list go out in the same trip.

Quick answers

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

No fixed minimum. We supply single cylinders across the counter and multi-cylinder orders for plants and contractors. Tell us the quantity and we will tell you what is available.

Can I get a price on the website?

No. Refrigerant pricing moves with import duty, quota position and the exchange rate, so a published rate would be wrong within weeks. Message us and you get a live number against current stock.

What paperwork comes with the order?

A GST invoice naming the brand and product. Manufacturer Safety Data Sheets are available for the lines we hold, and for R-22 the sale is entered in our ODS register.

How quickly can you dispatch?

It depends on the gas, the quantity and the destination, so we confirm when you enquire rather than promising a standard window we cannot hold for every order.
