Licensed to supply R-22 and R-123
R-22 (HCFC-22) and R-123 (HCFC-123) are controlled substances. Rule 6 of the ODS Rules, 2000 requires anyone selling, stocking or distributing them to be registered with the designated authority, and the certificate names each substance it covers. A registration many dealers do not hold. We hold one for each: R-22 for the servicing and maintenance of existing and legacy equipment, and R-123 for servicing existing chillers and other AC and refrigeration systems, for as long as India's quotas provide for servicing (a 2.5% annual allowance runs to 2040).
