Industries we supply

What each sector actually buys from us, and why. The same genuine product and the same paperwork, whether the order is one cylinder or fifty.

Refrigerant choice is rarely a free decision — it follows the equipment, and the equipment follows the application. A blast freezer, a cleanroom air handler and a data-hall chiller are three different problems, and they buy three different gases for reasons that have nothing to do with preference. The sections below set out what each sector runs, what tends to go wrong, and where the supply and documentation pressure actually sits.

Pharmaceutical

Process and reactor cooling rarely forgives downtime. Pharma plants around Hyderabad buy R-134a for chillers and process loops, R-410A for plant AC, and R-22 to keep validated legacy systems running — with the SDS and supplier documentation their quality systems demand.

Cold storage & cold-chain

Low- and medium-temperature plant across Telangana and AP largely runs on R-404A, with R-22 still inside many older rooms. Operators buy in volume, on schedule, and need a supplier who answers the phone when a compressor trips at night.

HVAC & MEP contractors

Project sites charge new VRF and ductable installations with R-410A and R-32, while service divisions keep client fleets of every age running. Contractors buy both ways — bulk for projects, cylinders for the van.

Food & beverage

Processing lines, bottling plants and commercial kitchens run a mix of process chilling and comfort AC — typically R-404A and R-134a on the cold side, R-410A and R-32 on the air side.

Chemical plants

Industrial refrigeration in chemical processing spans decades of installed equipment, which means R-22 for the legacy base (supplied under licence) alongside HFCs for newer plant, all with proper documentation.

AC service & local trade

Mechanics, AMC companies and sub-dealers are the heartbeat of this market, and of our shop. Gas across every line we stock, plus the AC stands, cables, vacuum pumps and washers the job needs, in one order.

Data centres

The one load that never falls away. Chilled-water plant and in-hall CRAC units run continuously on R-134a and R-410A, so wear accrues faster than anywhere else and there is no seasonal window in which to wait for a cylinder. Hyderabad’s estate has grown sharply, and with it the servicing demand around it.

Reefer transport & logistics

Truck transport refrigeration units and reefer containers live on something that vibrates continuously, which is why they leak more than comparable fixed plant. The installed base runs on R-404A, with newer units moving to R-452A, and both are blends that must be charged as a liquid.

Hotels, hospitals & malls

Occupied buildings, where a cooling failure is visible to the people inside within the hour. Chillers and VRF on R-410A, R-32 and R-134a, kitchen and sample refrigeration on R-404A, and a good deal of surviving R-22 chiller plant that is still perfectly legal to run and service.

Automotive aftermarket

Car air conditioning in India runs overwhelmingly on R-134a. New vehicle platforms are moving to R-1234yf, but the installed base being serviced today is enormous and will be for years. Workshops buy small and often, which makes availability matter more than volume pricing.

Where we are, and who we reach

We supply from Old Bhoiguda, Ranigunj, in Secunderabad — the city’s traditional refrigeration and air-conditioning trade quarter. Collection is same-visit for the twin cities; dispatch is Pan-India for everyone else, with accessories travelling on the same consignment as the gas.

For a sector-by-sector view of where refrigerant demand actually sits across the state — the bulk-drug corridors, the cold-chain belt and the data-centre estate — see refrigerant supply across Telangana’s industrial clusters.
