What changes at volume
Three things, in our experience of getting this wrong and right.
Availability becomes a real question. One cylinder of anything is usually on the rack. Forty cylinders of a specific gas in a specific size may need a call to the manufacturer and a lead time. We would rather tell you that at enquiry than at dispatch.
Documentation gets checked. A single cylinder leaves on an invoice. A bulk order tends to arrive at a plant where a stores clerk matches it against a purchase order, a safety officer files the Safety Data Sheet and, for R-22, a compliance file wants the seller registration. Getting that set right the first time is most of the work.
Storage becomes your problem, not ours. Quantities above the thresholds in the Gas Cylinders Rules, 2016 need licensed premises. It is worth knowing where your site sits before the delivery arrives, not after.
Cylinder sizes
Sizes vary by gas and by brand. The sizes we hold are listed on each product page, and on the cylinder formats guide. What is worth saying here is that the size affects the economics of a bulk order more than buyers expect, because handling, storage footprint and the number of connections a technician makes all scale with the number of cylinders rather than the mass of gas.
Sizes are subject to current stock, so we confirm at the point of enquiry rather than committing to a format we may not have on the day.
Repeat and scheduled offtake
If you draw the same gas every month, tell us the pattern. Knowing that a cold-chain customer takes R-404A every few weeks changes what we hold, which is a more useful arrangement for both sides than an urgent call when a plant is down.
What travels with the consignment
A GST invoice naming the brand and the product. Manufacturer Safety Data Sheets for the lines we hold. For R-22, the sale is recorded against your declaration under Rule 7 and entered in our ODS register. Cylinders are dispatched in their original factory-sealed condition.

What counts as a bulk order?
There is no formal threshold. In practice it means multiple cylinders or a repeat requirement, where availability and documentation need confirming before you commit rather than at dispatch.
Do you deliver outside Hyderabad?
Yes, we dispatch across India from Hyderabad. Tell us the destination when you enquire, because it affects what we can confirm.
Do I need a licence to store refrigerant cylinders?
Above the quantity thresholds in the Gas Cylinders Rules, 2016, storage requires licensed premises. Below them it does not. The PESO guide sets out how the thresholds work.
Can you hold stock against a schedule?
Tell us the pattern of your offtake and we can plan around it. It works better than an urgent call when a plant is already down.
